Get to Know Todd
A little background on who I am, where I come from, and why I’m running.

About Todd
Rooted on Kauaʻi. Ready to serve.
Born and raised on Kauaʻi, I’m running for County Council because this island is home. The decisions we make affect local families every day, and I’m ready to serve.
I’m a husband, father, coach, small business owner, and public servant. I graduated from Kauaʻi High School in 2000 and earned my degree from Washington State University in Business Administration with a focus in Management Information Systems in 2004. I currently serve in the Mayor’s Office, helping oversee the County’s Capital Improvements Program and major public projects. Before that, I spent about 15 years in the private sector working in development and small business. For the past 13 years, I’ve also coached youth and high school bowling in our community.
I believe County government should make sound decisions, respect taxpayer dollars, deliver the basics well, and never lose sight of the people who live here. I’m running for County Council with a simple belief: local government should serve people efficiently, make sound decisions, and stay focused on the fundamentals that affect daily life on Kauaʻi.

This island is home
I have deep roots on Kauaʻi. My wife Kasey and I are raising our kids here. I love coaching in the community, and I'm thinking about what this island looks like for the next generation.
This is not a campaign line. It's the reason I'm running.

Kauaʻi doesn't need more political noise. It needs people willing to show up, do the work, and stay accountable to the community.
"I'm not interested in politics for the sake of politics. I'm interested in doing the work well — for this island, for our families, and for the next generation growing up here."
